Vintage STORM is comprised of fifth grade students at a Math, Science and Technology Magnet School. STORM stands for Student Team Of Reporters and Meteorologists. These students voluntarily come in before school and maintain a weather board updating it with the current days weather. Weather data is gathered from the WeatherBug.com network weather sensors atop our auditorium. Additionally, each week, Student Team Of Reporters and Meteorologists are busy preparing a weekly video announcing what the weather will be for that school week. School Year 2012-13 we have added a current events segment to our videos. Students are also using a green screen in the productions of the videos.
Note: At school, teachers will need to complete the SSO information to allow the Vimeo hosted videos to appear.
