Students will have a chance to participate, Monday, October 31, 2016, in a costume parade at 1:15 PM on the playground. Parents and other family members are invited to come to watch. (Students have the option to not dress up and to parade or not parade around with their class.) All classes will view the parade (contact the office if you do not wish your child to view the parade). Students will put their costumes on in the classroom. Students may not come to school dressed in costume. Costumes must fit over their school clothes. Pumpkin Patch is an extension of the Fall Festival that all students have an opportunity to participate in. Here's what to do. Decorate your own pumpkin at home - be creative - use different materials - make it funny and interesting. PTA will judge and award ribbons for creativity. All pumpkins will be display for students to see. Just bring the pumpkin by 8:00 AM on Monday, October 31st to the Pat Dodge Reading Park located in front of the library. Make sure to tear-off the lower portion of the flyer and attach it to your pumpkin. Don't forget to pick up your pumpkin at the end of the day!
