From December 8-10, the Los Angeles Chargers NFL players and coaches and LA County Parks recreation leaders will teach stretching and warm-up exercises, football drills and sports skills, and promote positive self-esteem, teamwork and empowerment. Youth (co-ed) between ages 4-18 may participate. All levels welcomed.
You can learn a variety of sports skills with volleyball demos, golf techniques and soccer drills taught through pre-recorded videos on LA County Parks' Virtual Recreation Center Parks From Home. You are free to go at your own pace and participate in as many videos as you like. Then join us on Thursday, December 10, at 4:30 p.m. for an exclusive interactive live-stream event with the Los Angeles Chargers! Youth can “attend” remotely via video conference from any computer or mobile device.
Registration is free but required in order to participate in the live stream event. Free giveaway for participants that sign up (will be available while supplies last). To sign up, you’ll create a free account on our online registration system. The process is simple, plus we have a tutorial available to assist you.
