5th Grade Personal Item Pick up and Chromebook Return at Vintage

Please click on the link below if your 5th grade child has a Vintage Chromebook, textbook, library book, or other item to return to Vintage. This form also applies if there are workbooks or personal items your child left at school that you would like to pick up. We will gather the items and the form states when you can drive-by to pick up and drop off the items.
* This form is specifically for 5th grade parents. A different form has been sent out for parents of students in grades TK-4.
**We will not be arranging any other pick up times, as we will be focusing on enrolling new students.

Como Recoger Cosas Personales y Entregar Chromebooks de Vintage Magnet Quinto Grado: El último día para enviar este formulario es el domingo, 10 de mayo de 2020.
Haga clic en el enlace a continuación si su hijo de 5to grado tiene un Chromebook, un libro de texto, un libro de biblioteca u otro artículo para regresar a Vintage. Este formulario también se aplica si hay libros de trabajo o artículos personales que su hijo dejó en la escuela que le gustaría recoger. Recogeremos los artículos y el formulario indica cuándo puede conducir para recoger y dejar los artículos.
* Este formulario es específicamente para padres de 5to grado. Se ha enviado un formulario diferente para los padres de estudiantes en los grados TK-4.
