Students and staff both enjoyed the silly Seussical events that took place on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, this first week of April. From wearing daisies and crazy socks, dressing alike, attending a Seussical birthday party, to coming to school in pajamas, students participated in demonstrating their love for reading.
Wednesday morning, students and their parents attended our Read Across America Seussical event, "A Dozen Doughnuts And A Duck Dog Too"! Parents chose books to donate from special printed sheets that our librarian provided. Everyone enjoyed doughnuts from Krispy Cream and Mrs. Forbes raffled off Seussical prizes. A Big Thank You to the families who donated a total of 60 new books for our library!!
