OPENING PACKET SY2020-21 and Other Helpful Resources for Vintage Magnet Parents

UPDATED August 12, 2020  to add new links for long distance learning.

Opening Packet: Packets for parents of all students to complete.
Parents will receive an "Opening Packet" of forms along with their child's textbooks, that need to be completed at the beginning of every school year for every student.  Once completed, you are asked to return the completed forms to Vintage.  Please click on the following, if you would like to download the forms.  If you would like to email your child's completed Emergency Card or other forms, please email it to Lauren Ako at lca5045@lausd.net.
